Shipping
Where your order ships from depends on what you buy.
- Clothing — all Cultivators Club and WildRoot Cultivars clothing is made to order and manufactured in the United States, and ships from there. Please allow up to 30 days to arrive. Clothing ordered alongside other items will usually arrive separately.
- Accessories and grow gear — dispatched from Victoria within 1–2 business days, typically arriving in 2–7 business days within Australia.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by item and destination.
- All orders are sent tracked — you'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
- Packaging is plain and unbranded.
- Delivery times are estimates. Once it's with the courier, delays are out of our hands — but message us and we'll chase it with you.
Returns & refunds
- 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with tags on, in original condition.
- Change of mind? You cover return postage. Wrong, faulty or damaged item? We cover it.
- The correct return address depends on the item, so contact us first and we'll direct you to the right place.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return — usually within 5 business days.
- To start a return, email wildroot_cultivars@proton.me before sending anything back.
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the timeframe above.
