Shipping policy

Where your order ships from depends on what you buy. Clothing is made and shipped from the United States. Everything else is dispatched from Victoria, Australia.

Clothing

All Cultivators Club and WildRoot Cultivars clothing is made to order and manufactured in the United States, and ships from there.

• Please allow up to 30 days for clothing to arrive.
• Garments are produced after you order, so that window covers production as well as freight.
• Clothing ordered alongside other items will usually arrive separately.

Accessories and grow gear

• Dispatched from Victoria within 1–2 business days.
• Typical delivery is 2–7 business days within Australia, depending on where you are.

Rates and tracking

• Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by item and destination.
• All orders are sent tracked — you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it ships.
• Packaging is plain and unbranded.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is with the courier, delays are outside our control — but contact us and we’ll chase it with you. International freight and customs processing can add time to clothing orders.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can’t redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery of a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur an additional postage charge.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or it arrives damaged, email us at theterpenetablepodcast@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
